BTOE Workshop I: From Observation and Evaluation to Growth & Development
A typical school “observation and evaluation” program focuses, rightfully, on ensuring that teachers are performing at or above an expected standard. But for teachers, this can feel performative or, worse, threatening. In this workshop, we will share the foundation of our Best Teachers on Earth model: an exploration of teachers’ strengths and how to build on them—because that is often where the magic happens.
