FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQs - msa members

Can you create a customized workshop / experience / consulting project on this? What are the steps in that process?

Yes! We often customize experiences for schools and systems, especially when it comes to AI. The first step is to schedule a call with us. Please reach out to Amber Berry, Director of Strategic Initiatives, at aberry@msa-cess.org. She can explain the process and costs.

If we hire MSA to do a customized workshop, will we get a certificate of completion / participation? What about CEUs?

For workshops, we are very happy to provide certificates of completion to participants. In certain cases, we can also provide Continuing Education Units through the Pennsylvania’s Act 48.
