Individual courses are for educators learning at their own pace. The Annual School Partnership is a year-long, school-wide experience with facilitation, cohorts, and direct consultation. It's built for a team working toward a shared goal.

Evolution Academy and accreditation are designed to complement one another.
Accreditation helps schools reflect on their current reality, identify strengths and opportunities for growth, and establish priorities for the future. Evolution Academy helps schools build the knowledge, skills, and collaborative structures needed to move those priorities into purposeful action.
Many schools use Evolution Academy to support professional learning connected to goals identified through self-study, strategic planning, accreditation recommendations, or other school improvement efforts. Through courses, cohorts, and Problems-of-Practice communities, educators can explore new ideas, learn from peers, and develop practical approaches for addressing the challenges most relevant to their context.
Rather than being separate initiatives, accreditation and Evolution Academy can work together as part of an ongoing cycle of reflection, learning, implementation, and growth.
